    • 1. Confirmation of business plan and basic design

        - Less than 3,000kW: City mayor/Do governor approval (local autonomous entity (local government) application and authorization)
        - Over 3,000kW: Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy authorization(Application and Authorization of Electric Commission)
      ※ Must have wind measuring instrument and over 1 year of measurement data
      ※ Must go through a process of collecting opinions from the local residents

      ※ Main review items : Baekdudaegan Mountain Range inclusion check, Ecological natural grade review
      2. Consultation on land use management in accordance with the Act on Management and Operation of Forest Management Act and National Forest (Korea Forest Service)
      3. Development activities authorization and other licenses: Consultation with related departments and organizations of local governments
      4. Military Operability Review (Ministry of National Defense)
    • 08. Construction of wind farm
    • 1. Generator installation and opening of entry and management road
      2. Construction of transmission lines and substations
      3. Completion inspection
        - Completion inspection of the wind farm (local autonomous entity (local government))
        - Inspection prior to using electric installation (Korea Electric Safety Corporation)
        - Confirmation of facility installation for REC application (Korea Energy Agency(KEA))
